MANAGED SALES SERVICES

Rent a team model:

  • the sales headcount budget control and the results control remains in the hands of your company
  • Comment Consult will execute your sales headcount budget and will hire on your company behalf the best available sales professionals in your industry with jointly selecting the sales team members
  • jointly agreeing the compensation plans
  • hiring the professionals on behalf of your company
  • the project managing partner will provide control of the business practices of the hired sales team

Sales outsourcing model:

  • the project managing partner will accept the sales plan for the region on behalf of the sales team
  • the sales budget will lead to a resources and action plan, which sets the rules for costs and expenses in the period
  • based on the above plans, the project partner will build the sales team and will ensure the right skills and resources are available
  • the project managing partner will lead the execution of the sales plan in the region and will be responsible for the results.

SALES GOVERNANCE

Providing Leadership and Coaching to the sales team of our partners on behalf of the remote management.
The service guarantees the use of best sales practices, combined with transparent business practices.
What you can expect from us:

  • we will work close with your sales team and will assess the sales skills of the team members
  • our partners will provide control on the sales and business practices of the sales professionals
  • the managing partner of the project will lead the sales budgeting, ensuring to be in line with the goal of the management
  • our experts will provide sales coaching to the team members, to improve their efficiency
  • quarterly or on request, the managing partner will provide suggestion for improving the business model and effectiveness

A1. We create successful sales team for our Partners. The colleagues are treated like a part of the team of our Partners - independent from the form of hiring. We do not provide sales heads - we outsource our knowledge, experience and business relation. The sales team acts under our management and coaching.

  Q2. Can Comment Consult work with our existing sales team? Will this be productive?
A2. Absolutely! The results do not depend on the employment form.

  Q3. If Comment Consult is asked to provide sales team, where will it be located?
A3. This depends on the target market and required experience. We operate in more countries and will select the place, which is most effective - for contacts, for travelling and not to underestimate it - culture wise.

Q4. Will the leaders of Comment Consult personally be involved in the sales process? They have most experience - we would like them to be there!

The company was established in 2012 by a group of professionals, engaged to provide expert level sales representation for a manufacturing company from the Telecom sector, interested to enter the business in the region, without having to make a heavy investment in legal entities, premisses and ground staff. The team consist of highly experienced professionals in the area of expertise. Our team provides effective sales services on the ground - just like our partners would do it. With the non-competing policy adopted, we guarantee, that there is no conflict of interest inside the company and in the teams.
